Three days on the Saskatchewan acreage: morning movement at sunrise, a midday workshop anchored in journaling, art, or somatic practice, and an evening soundbath in the barn. Farm-table meals from the property morning through night. Here's how it actually flows.
Every retreat tier includes the full daily rhythm: morning movement, an afternoon workshop, an evening soundbath or gong session, and three farm-table meals a day. Bunkhouse accommodation and full acreage access are bundled across all tiers.
Prairie yoga or breathwork at sunrise on the acreage. Low-impact and accessible to all levels — no experience required. Outdoor weather permitting; barn interior on standby.
Guided session in journaling, art therapy, or integrative movement. Each workshop builds on the morning practice — time to process, reflect, and create without an agenda.
Gong, voice, and resonant instruments in the barn's natural acoustics. Designed to close the day and settle the nervous system. 60–90 minutes of guided immersion.
Three meals a day sourced from the property and local producers. Dietary needs accommodated — note preferences in your inquiry and we'll plan accordingly.
On-site bunkhouse for the duration of the retreat. Private outdoor space, wood stove, and a cook kit. Simple, intentional — everything you need, nothing you don't.
Full access to the prairie acreage — walking trails, the fire pit, the garden, and open land. Unstructured time between sessions is part of the design.
This is the Three-Day Reset shape. Weekend Immersion compresses Days 1 and 2 into a single arc; Week Deep Dive extends the rhythm with progressive workshops and a longer integration window on the final days.
Afternoon arrival and acreage orientation walk — no agenda, just the land. Communal dinner at the farm table, conversation, and a short evening soundbath (30–40 minutes) to close the first night gently. Early to bed is encouraged. The retreat doesn't start in earnest until morning — Day 1 is for leaving the week behind.
Sunrise prairie yoga or breathwork before breakfast. Mid-morning: farm-table breakfast with open time on the acreage. Midday workshop (journaling, art therapy, or integrative movement — format varies by cohort). Free afternoon for walking, resting, or writing. Full evening gong session in the barn — 75 to 90 minutes, the centrepiece of the retreat. Dinner is communal and unhurried; nights end quietly.
Sunrise movement session — shorter, softer, built for integration. Guided reflection journaling before the final meal. Farm brunch together as a close: the table, the food, the land one more time. Checkout is unhurried. You leave with your notes, a packing list of what helped, and a clear window to book the next one.
Food at the retreat is part of the practice — simple, whole, and grown or sourced within reach of the acreage. Vegetarian by default; dietary restrictions accommodated when noted in your inquiry. No restrictions on seconds.
Submit your inquiry below and we'll review availability, match you to the right tier, and reach out within 24 hours. Once your inquiry is confirmed, we'll send the full retreat packing list — what to bring, what to leave at home, and what we provide on-site.
If your question isn't here, send it through the inquiry form or email Dave directly — we usually reply within a day.
None. Morning movement is designed to be accessible regardless of experience — yoga or breathwork adjusted for where you are, not where someone else is. If you can lie on the ground and breathe, you can do the retreat. Let us know any physical limitations in your inquiry and we'll accommodate them in the session design.
Alcohol is not served or permitted on-site during retreat dates — it runs counter to what the three days are for. Phones are your own business, but we encourage leaving them in the bunkhouse during sessions. There's no Wi-Fi on the acreage; data signal is minimal. Most guests find the disconnection is the point.
More than 30 days before your retreat start date: full credit toward a future date. 14–30 days out: 50% credit. Less than 14 days: non-refundable, though we handle genuine emergencies case by case. A deposit holds your spot; the balance is due 14 days before the retreat begins.
Yes — most guests come solo. Retreats run in small cohorts (typically 4–8 people) so there's built-in community without it feeling like a group tour. If you want the full acreage privately, ask about a private retreat booking — same program, just your party exclusively on the land.
