On-site by first light, setup through the morning, primary capture through midday, talent/product blocks in the afternoon, golden-hour exterior pass, and a final blue-hour raster if the brief has the room. On-site review with your team for any retakes before we pack out.
Selects gallery delivered for review within 72 hours. Edited masters delivered inside one week. Web and social exports at the resolutions your media buyer needs, plus crop variants for paid social and OOH. Cloud handover with the RAW archive intact.

3-Day is sized for production-house briefs — a working photographer and a producer/stylist on set, plus travel coordination with your agency. Full-Day ships photographer + on-site lighting assistant for product and talent work. Half-Day is a single-photographer focused brief. If your brief needs a full agency-style crew (HMU, talent wrangler, art director), we'll sub-contract from our partner roster — quote that into your booking up front.

Saskatchewan weather scrubs shoots more often than it doesn't — we plan for it. If weather scrubs a shoot day, we reschedule at no extra cost within 14 days when calendar has the room. Get in touch early and we'll work the reschedule before your deadline locks in.
Yes. The farm runs production-ready accommodation that can host a 4-6 person production crew overnight between shoot days. Travel inside a 60 km radius of Saskatoon is bundled into every tier; beyond that is a per-km rate quoted up front. We can also coordinate rental vehicles, catering, and a pickup/drop-off schedule from the Saskatoon airport.
Booking is held with a 25% non-refundable deposit that applies to the final invoice. The balance is due on shoot day. 3-Day briefs typically run partial-payment milestones (deposit, start-of-shoot, delivery). More than 14 days out: full credit toward a reschedule. 7–14 days out: 50% credit. Less than 7 days: non-refundable. Emergencies are handled case-by-case.
