Ground Up Studios is open to facilitators, educators, and practitioners who want to run a workshop, residency, or recurring program on the property. Space, lodging, AV, and meals are on offer. Tell us what you're building and let's see if it's a fit.
We work with the facilitator to match resources to the program. Tell us what you need and we'll figure out what makes sense.
Flexible indoor and outdoor spaces suited for groups of 4–30. The main hall, studio room, and outdoor Pavilion can all be configured for circle work, presentations, or hands-on sessions.
The bunkhouse sleeps six and the Pavilion adds more capacity for multi-day or residential programs. Participants stay on-property — no logistics, no commuting between sessions.
Projector, PA system, microphones, and recording capability available on request. Ideal for presentations, sound-based work, or programs that want to capture audio or video.
Catered meals available for multi-day programs. Communal dining is part of what makes a residency feel like a residency. We can coordinate or you can bring your own catering team.
Forty acres of Saskatchewan prairie. Trails, open fields, and a working farm setting for programs that need outdoor time, nature connection, or just space to breathe between sessions.
Co-promotion of your program through Ground Up Studios channels where it's a fit. We're building an audience that values intentional gathering — your program benefits from that reach.
We review applications and reach out within a week to discuss fit, scheduling, and logistics. No commitment required at this stage.
